Raw Chocolate Pudding

Must serve to finicky adults or kids before revealing ingredients!


Raw Chocolate Pudding (Paleo)


1 Avocado

1/4 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup agave

6 medjool dates

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Soak dates in cool water for 30 minutes to soften

Mix dates and avocado in processor or blender until dates and avocado are mixed together without lumps from dates.

Put in bowl with ingredients and mix together.  Serve immediately or chill.

*Avocados help lower cholesterol. Loaded with potassium which helps regulate blood pressure. Helps lower risk of cardiovascular disease. Higher in potassium than a medium banana.

*Dates are little gems of fat, cholesterol free and low in sodium. Works wonders for energy, rich in potassium which helps regulate the central nervous system and low in calories.
